Instagram: Where passion becomes action

To counter marketers’ perception that Instagram is good for brand-building but weak on conversion, I co-led a campaign to demonstrate its action-driving credentials. My role included helping to develop the global creative strategy, acting as Creative Director in a hybrid agency/in-house relationship, as well as overseeing all aspects of production. 

The campaign incorporated video and static ads, ‘Instant Experience’ how-to guides, emails and a landing page.

Impact: 

  • 5.1pts lift in Reels consideration 
  • 4.1pts lift in Instagram tools consideration 
  • 0.47% CTR (+94% vs. benchmark)
